All of my wigwams / teepees are UKCA compliant which they must be in order to hire out to you.

Wigwam / teepee hire prices are as follows:

  • 2 tents £90
  • 3 tents £120
  • 4 tents £150
  • 5 tents £180
  • 6 tents £210

Additional wigwams / teepees are charged at £25 per tent.

All prices include teepee hire, free delivery, set up and collection within a 15 mile radius of Hayfield, High Peak, which extends to Manchester, Cheshire, Stockport and Derbyshire.

If you're unsure whether I travel to you, please get in touch via the contact us form as I do also travel further afield for a small additional mileage charge.

a £20 non refundable deposit secures your date with the balance due 10 days prior to your hire date.

NEW! If you'd like to spread to cost of your party, ask me for a PayPal invoice and you can use your PayPal credit facility to set a payment plan.

Sweet cones are made by Glossop Pick n Mix

Midnight Feast Boxes are from Emma at Emma's Sett Valley Café in Birch Vale.

*midnight feast boxes include a sandwich, cake and pot of sweets and are ordered in fresh from Emma's Sett Valley Cafe. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when ordering.

What's included in the sleepover package?

I'm known for my attention to detail and I want you to have the very best for your party. I have spent endless hours sourcing all of my decor and furnishings so that it's unique to me and my teepees.
Your sleepover party will include as a minimum:

  • UKCA wigwam / teepee
  • Mattress
  • Fitted sheet
  • Duvet / blanket
  • Fairy lights
  • Lantern
  • Lots of themed cushions and decorations

What are the payment terms?

I ask for a non refundable deposit of £20 and a completed booking form to secure your party date and theme.

Booking forms and deposit should be returned within 24 hours of being received, after this time, your date can unfortunately not be held.

The remaining balance for your party is due a minimum of 10 days prior to your hire date, and an invoice will arrive with you shortly before.

NEW! If you'd like to spread the cost of your party, we can send you a PayPal invoice and you can use your PayPal Credit facility to pay for your party. Available on request so let me know if you'd like this option.

How much space do you need?

The minimum space required for each individual tent and mattress is 140cm or 160cm length x 85cm width.
